Tim Buckler

In addition to helping Oyster’s clients as a Business Analyst, Tim currently maintains both the firm’s internet and intranet sites and works closely with the Sales Team as Administrator for the Contact / Relationship Management System. Tim joined Oyster after graduating Cum Laude from Longwood University with a BS in Economics. Prior to joining us, Tim was an Intern for a strategic global asset management firm and on three separate occasions while a student, interned for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Tim wrote a Senior Honors Thesis detailing how well the Federal Reserve's Call Report data predicted Credit Default Swaps (CDS) and presented his paper at the annual meeting of the Virginia Association of Economists in March of 2009.

- As a part of the Bank Supervision and Regulation Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, cleaned and manipulated data sets using SAS (Statistical Analysis System) and analyzed Commercial Bank financial data on Commercial Real Estate Loans
