With a career in technology systems development, starting in a small software shop in late 80s as a programmer, to an SVP managing strategic business information technology teams for one of the largest brokerage firms in the US, to CEO of his own technology firm, Ted Clark’s unique experiences have given him an uncommon blend of solid business operations common sense and an understanding of what is required to successfully deliver technology solutions.  
 
Now with Oyster Consulting, Ted specializes in strategic planning and management of Business Information Technology teams; most notably in the financial securities / brokerage industry. Helping organizations to "Execute" more effectively through identification and alignment of goals, identifying key players (and their hot-buttons), and strengthening / developing future leaders from within.
