Gladys is has been involved in the banking and securities industries for over 20 years.  Prior to joining Oyster Consulting, Gladys was a Senior Paralegal and Team Leader for the Regulatory Investigations Team in the Legal Department of Wachovia Securities, LLC.  She was responsible for maintaining a comprehensive data base for tracking incoming requests and outgoing responses to the SEC, FINRA and state regulatory agencies.  She had responsibility for planning, scheduling and assigning daily work to a team of six paralegals.  She performed business analysis on thousands of accounts ensuring the accuracy of mutual fund refunds to clients in compliance with an Securities and Exchange Commission settlement.  In addition to those responsibilities, Gladys was engaged in project management activities and led a team in maintaining the Firm’s Business Continuity Plan for trades done by the broker/dealer.

Gladys performed business analysis on thousands of accounts ensuring the accuracy of mutual fund refunds to clients in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s policy and procedures.
