Fran Paladino

Fran Paladino joined Oyster Consulting from Barclays Capital where he had global responsibility for the identification and implementation of surveillance solutions for the trading of all securities around the world.

He has extensive experience managing technology strategies, product development, product implementations, project management and change management for large, diversified financial service institutions and vendors that serve the financial services industry, including Prudential Securities, Wachovia Securities, Bear Stearns, JP Morgan Chase, and Actimize.

Fran has designed, staffed and managed teams of professionals to oversee product development and technology priorities including needs analysis, overall business impact and vendor selection and management. He has extensive experience as an employee, client and partner with many of the leading technology firms serving the industry, including Actimize, Mantas, SunGard, Orchestria and many others.

Fran has successfully managed integrations of products and technologies resulting from merger and acquisition activity. He has also worked with small and midsized Law Firms and other companies to offer management consulting and assist business owners that are looking to grow and streamline their companies.

Fran has a Bachelors Degree from Saint John’s University in New York and lives in Westfield, New Jersey with his wife and two children.
